A4 Interlocking Folders are completely customizable with a choice of 0mm, 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, or 10mm gutter capacity. Folders are printed on the finest 350gsm silk paper, with a choice of matt, gloss, and soft touch laminations, and some come complete with die-cut business card slots. You can choose between single or double-sided printing, as well as single or double-sided lamination. We advise laminating folders that have solid ink coverage across creases in order to prevent cracking and protect against wear and tear. Opt for our Spot UV print if you're after a premium and distinctive look.

Your guide file should show the CMYK artwork and the Spot UV artwork (in 100% K) along with the folder template.
Single-Sided - Print front, Spot UV front.
Double-Sided - Print front, Print back, Spot UV front, blank page. It is recommended you do not place words, page numbers, or images too close to the edges of each page. We would recommend a safe zone on all sides of at least 3mm for Spot UV folders.
For a single sided folder, a 2-page PDF is needed – page 1 for CMYK print, page 2 for spot UV in 100% K, plus a second PDF with the template to check for position. For a double-sided folder, a 4-page PDF is needed – front CMYK, back CMYK, spot UV, blank – plus a second PDF with the template for both sides.
