Saddle-stitched booklets and brochures can be a very handy and important promotional tool in the marketing box of tricks. This style of stapled booklet or brochure is ideal for a small, cost-effective promotional publication such as a short product booklet, a newsletter, a programme of events or a schedule, a short introduction publication or a price list, These go very well with our A4 folders to add some gravitas to conferences and meetings.
If you have a big idea that needs to look professional on a budget, saddle stitched publishing is what you need. We also offer other A sized saddle-stitched options as well as custom-sized booklets so you can pick whatever fits the bill.

All of our saddle-stitched products are booklets held together with stapled "stitches" which means the pages are nested and stitched together with wire, forming ‘staples’ through the folded spine. If you are looking for a slightly more lengthy brochure or magazine you could try perfect bound books, these are bound with glue and look like a paperback or magazine you'd find on the magazine rack.
If budget is your main priority (and we can completely appreciate that) but you'd like to add an extra layer of protection to make these last a little longer, you can opt for a soft touch cover lamination, and for a sleek look and feel opt for the silk finish.
We aim to produce order quantities of 500 and below using our state of the art digital facilities, while larger quantities are produced using our modern litho presses.

For A4 Saddle Stitched Booklets & Brochures, please download the above artwork templates (below imagery at the top of the page) and submit artwork as one file in running order.
For example, a 40-page brochure should be supplied as one PDF with 40 pages running in page order.
Booklets must contain a page total divisible by 4.
It is recommended you do not place words, page numbers or images too close to the edges of each page. We would recommend a safe zone on all sides of at least 5mm for Saddle Stitched brochures.
