Annual reports serve as both a financial record and a strategic storytelling tool. While the digital era has revolutionised the way information is circulated, the timeless tradition of annual report brochures is still the preferred choice, offering a substantial and impactful medium to convey a company's achievements, challenges, and vision.
The artful combination of design, storytelling, and a commitment to transparency makes annual report printing books a powerful tool for companies looking to make a lasting impression on their shareholders, financial analysts and investors.
When delivering financial reporting, opting for a hard copy remains best. Annual report booklets offer unparalleled quality, featuring sharp text, vibrant images, and graphs. Beyond their visual appeal, these booklets are also highly cost-effective, particularly for businesses requiring regular monthly, quarterly, or yearly report production.
For year-end reports, saddle stitching stands out as a popular option due to its simple yet professional appearance. This binding method ensures easy opening and closing, providing readers with convenient access to essential information. Additionally, the use of saddle stitching allows the report to lie flat when opened, facilitating readability and analysis.
To enhance the durability of covers with heavy ink coverage, consider the application of lamination. Lamination acts as a protective layer, guarding against potential marking caused by ink transfer or friction during transit or storage. Choose from a selection of cover laminations, including the robust and premium Soft Touch or the sophisticated finish of Matt lamination. See our blog for more information on lamination - Which lamination should I use for my print?
To continue a professional and cohesive vision, why not pair your Annual Report Brochures with letterheads, compliment slips and classic curve pens?
For help with booklet printing visit the resource Hub where we have a handy booklet help section. For Saddle Stitch Booklets, please submit artwork as one file in running order from front cover to back cover.
For example, a 40-page brochure should be supplied as one PDF with the front cover as page 1 and the back cover as page 40, with 38 pages running in order inbetween.
Booklets must contain a page total divisible by 4.
It is recommended you do not place words, page numbers or images too close to the edges of each page. We would recommend a safe zone on all sides of at least 5mm for saddle-stitched brochures.
For more guidance on how to successfully set up and submit your artwork, see our booklets and brochures help pages.
