What does "Same Day Printing" mean?
"Same Day Printing" refers to our ability to print and ship a product from our factory on the same day as your order. Currently, this service is available for select products and specifications, and it requires your artwork to be processed before the designated cut-off time.
I missed the cut-off time for Same Day printing. Can you still print and deliver my order today?
Unfortunately, our system is optimised for automation. Once the cut-off period for same day printing has passed, we are unable to manually process artwork for same day printing.
I submitted my order before the cut-off time, but it was rejected due to an artwork error. Can you assist in pushing it through?
If the artwork you provided has a technical issue, it will need to be fixed before we can proceed with printing. If the artwork is processed after the cut-off time, the delivery date will automatically be extended by one day.
Which products are available for Same Day printing?
Currently, we offer Same Day printing for Flyer and Roller banner products. However, please note that only specific paper materials and quantities are available for this service. We are actively working on expanding our product range in the near future.
What is the cut-off time for Same Day printing?
We have recently extended the cut-off time from 11 am to 1 pm. This means you have until 1 pm to place an order and upload your artwork for same day printing.
If I place a Same Day order, when can I expect to receive it?
Our aim is to deliver all Same Day prints on the next available working day. For example, if you place an order on a Friday, your print will be delivered on the following Monday. However, if you require Saturday delivery, we offer this service for an additional fee.
