Let your guests' mouths water over your proposed wedding breakfast and print up a menu for every table.
Weddings are all about the happy couple saying ""I will"" but to the guests, it's often about eating, drinking, and having a really fun time.
Food at weddings is one of the most important elements and letting guests know what feast is planned is pretty high on a guest's priority list for the day - harsh but true.
Canapés often get demolished early with no one really knowing what they ate and by the time cocktails have been served guests are often on their way to tipsy and starving. To acknowledge the hard work of the chefs and front of house team it is really nice to have a few menus around so people can get excited about the food.
If there is a set structure to the day around the wedding breakfast, kit is quite a nice idea to add this onto the menus. For example, if speeches are happening before the food is served, rather than after, it can be nice to point this out on the menu. If the cake is being cut and served as desert, this can be popped on the menu, so it becomes a secondary order of service - but for food service. It can manage expectations really well.
Don't forget to point out anything that may contain allergens so guest can feel comfortable with their choices if they haven't pre-selected their food.
